Free Returns

We regret that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We would like to make the return process as comfortable and uncomplicated as possible. After receipt of your purchase you have up to 14 days to return your order.

Return Instructions

Step 1

Please place the filled out packing slip, the invoice and the return label in the shipping pouch. The pouch is to be placed on the same side as the label.

Step 2

Remove all old labels where possible and black out any barcodes and addresses still on the parcel if you are reusing the packaging. Use the sticky return label (with the QR code) and stick it on most visible side of the container away from any folds or seams. (The other return labels are to be given to FedEx, for custom purposes).

Step 3

    Ship your package one of the
    following ways:
  • Drop off at FedEx: Go to fedex.com/global-returns to access the customer support center
  • Schedule a pickup: Call 1.800.463.3339 to schedule a return package pickup. You don’t need a FedEx account number, but you do need to specify that you are requesting a pickup for a return shipment

Please note that the booking of returns from the US can be delayed, since customs clearance is required.

As we offer free returns, please always use the included label.
